HOW MANY OF YOU ARE READY FOR THIS WEEKS WORKOUTS?

I mean like you are thinking about that shit right now. Planning out lunches, dinners setting up new ipod playlist. All your workout clothes is clean and ready!! I wanna go to bed right now and fast forward through work so I can crush this workout!! I’m gonna kick so much ass this week I can hardly wait. The amount of energy and focus I have running through me right now is unreal.

For those of you that are just starting GO HARD!

For those of you that have been eating shit all weekend and feel bad about it TOMORROW IS A NEW DAY!!

For those that have been going strong for months or years that want it so bad its all you think about LETS MAKE THIS WEEK OUR BITCH!
